The only complaint I really have is I wish the top light globe was actually glass as well, but u really can’t tell and it does make the whole fan lighter so it works. We had been looking for a new ceiling fan for our living room. It was received within two days of ordering and everything was in perfect condition. However, we forgot we needed a longer down rod for the vaulted ceilings! Thinking I might have to return it I went to my Amazon app and found a link to the Anderson Light shop and was able to purchase a 3 ft down rod for an additional cost. The down rods are custom made and it took a couple weeks to receive it , when I received it the down rod had been crushed on one end (it looked like it got ran over) . I messaged the seller who was very responsive and apologized for the inconvenience, they refunded me a portion of my money and started making a new one for me. I received the new one a couple of weeks later and it was in perfect condition.
