This will stay where you apply it and not run like other sealants. - Concrete driveway - Exterior Wood wall interface. Was trying to keep water from moving across concrete under an exterior wall due to poor slope on the concrete. I used this under the base of the wall and as a dam along the edge of the wood 2x4 baseplate where it contacted the concrete. I used the dam of sealant to hold my flashing in place as well which has worked well. Despite numerous rain storms, we have had no water intrusion at all. It was easy to use and apply and did not run everywhere.
