What sucks is the fact that right after he discovered this stuff all the stores around us stopped selling it! But it seriously does the job!He doesn't understand why this works better than head and shoulders, or any other dandruff shampoo for that matter, simply because they all have the same ingredients. But this stuff really does the trick! Before it arrived, he was using head and shoulders and I noticed a lot of flakes on his shoulders. I was constantly telling him to brush them off. I thought the pump would be even easier to use however, I have found that the pump does not vent and as the product is used it has created a vacuum that pulls the sides inward and distorts the bottle shape until it no longer sits on it base properly. It is easy to fix unscrew the top and allow the vacuum to release and then use normally.
