**Q: Does it warp?**
A: I haven’t had any issue with this lab warping. But I believe any pan will warm if you leave it on high heat with nothing in it long enough.

**Q: Does it work with induction cooktop**
A: Sorry, can not answer as I have gas top.

**Q: how many quarts is it?**
A: Not sure, but it's just shy of being 12" pan. IT is a good pan.

**Q: Does the handle get hot?**
A: No, the handle does not get hot. The pan is a nice pan, but I was looking for a heavier grade pan and was kind of disappointed in that regaud, but I still like it and not sorry I bought it. You will love it too.

Lightweight but even heat distribution and deep sides. Great for those top of stove recipes like chicken thighs, chunks of vegetables in sauce. The hammered list is beautiful. This large skillet is a joy to use.
