I set them up and have been using them continuously, and they seemed to be relatively accurate. For some reason, I decided to set the base unit and two of the transmitters side-by-side the other day. There is a 4-5 degree range in temperature (both inside at 70' and outside at 40'), and the humidity readings range from 42% to 22%. And no 2 units have the same temp or humidity readings. Maybe one of them is accurate, maybe none of them are. I guess for the price, they are "good enough." I know there are more expensive options that have a more sophisticated hygrometer. I just don't have any mission-critical need to have precise measurements. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Slick *by M***E on Reviewed in the United States on October 21, 2011* I broke the battery contacts in the unit I had so bought this replacement. Turns out I was able to fix the old one, so now I have two. This is great, one on each side of the house. I live on a lake so the temp is usually different in front and back. The Honeywell base allows up to 3 sensors, so now I have two and can easily see where to set up the grill.Two complaints with these though. 1) They stop working before the batteries are dead. So even thought a battery tester shows it to be "good", and the LCD on the sender unit accurately displays the temp, I know I still have to replace them (batteries) when the base unit shows "---". 2) The battery cover should snap off instead of having 4 tiny screws. The heads are already shot from the first installation. Otherwise it's good. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Very Good Product *by W***S on Reviewed in the United States on April 7, 2010* This little gem does exactly what it's supposed to do, reliably and without any fuss or bother. I have one in the basement to monitor temp and humidity and another outside. The outdoor unit has endured all sorts of nasty New England weather and it's still going strong after two winters, blizzards, wind, sub-zero blasts and enough rain to make me consider taking up ark building.
