Looked like it had been used previously. Revised - they shipped replacement product. Review: Cheap junk - First hunt with is the one side motor seized. Contacted the company with video of it not working so they sent me a replacement motor to install myself. They sent the wrong motor labeled for the right side that was broken. Asked for swag for inconvenience and they sent me a sticker. Motor broke again after two more hunts. Ended up having to modify to get it to be functional. Needless to say hidgeon put a bad taste in my mouth so I most likely won’t by the junk they are selling. Tried to be nice and understanding to give them a opportunity to make it right and they failed to Practice good customer service. Lesson learned don’t make the same mistake.
