The camo in my opinion has too much shine too it. I literally took mine and spray painted it with flat black and brown paint to get the shine out of it. The other down side is I put mine in the dryer to dry it. Don't ever do that. I did not read the label. Drying it will ruin it. the 1X3 inch camo squares shredded on me. Now it looks like off white colored hair about 3 inches long. I will have to die it in black or brown die in order to use it again. In my opinion I will not buy another ghilly style suit unless I buy it off the shelf and see the quality of materials up close and make sure it does not shine or reflect light. **Q: they list it as green is the picture shown the actual color?** A: The picture is accurate. I purchased mine recently and am very happy with it. Lite weight and blends very well. Size runs on the small side so buy 1 size larger for over clothing. While full blown burlap ghillie will let people step on you, it's hot, cumbersome, and gets in the way of you accessing your gear. Since I live in the Northwest, the best mil surplus camo out here would be Marpat Woodland, by far. However, with surplus camo, it's not designed to be effective at airsoft ranges. The first thing that sticks out is your head, due to the unnatural shape of your gear and facial features. Merely putting on a leafy hood drastically improves your camouflage. I'd say, from experience, in the summer with Marpat Woodland and a leafy hood, your camouflage index is about 30-35 feet. A full suit of leafy brings that down to about 5-10 feet. Less, if they're not paying attention. Furthermore, it's super lightweight, super breathable, easy to equip/unequip, and much easier to access your gear. Also, for reference, I'd say the camouflage index for Marpat woodland in this area is about 100 yards, depending upon visual obstructions and opfor optics; so yeah, you really want to disrupt your headshape outline. You should check with your uniform rules of your ranges first.
