**Q: How far does it need to be installed from a eindow?**

This is the spec sheet from the manufacture, hope this helps

**Q: Will this work with a dsc power series pc-1832?**
A: Yes. It has 2 relays to give you individual zone inputs for the motion sensor and the glassbreak. Just wire it to a normal zone input on the PC-1832 with or without an EOL resistor.
(depending on programming.)

**Q: Does it work well with small animals?**
A: My dog is 8 pounds,  and she doesn't trigger off the alarm

**Q: can you disable the motion detector?**
A: The motion and glassbreak have separate outputs for two separate zones. Disabling either output would be a function of your alarm system, not the device. Typically "stay home" mode on your alarm panel will disable the motion.
