I feel like it ran a little big. My daughter is 16 months old but is on the smaller side , she's about 30" in height and 21lbs and the 6-12 month size fit her well. The length was good and the bottom was a little baggy but it looked good. It's absolutely beautiful and the material is super soft. I ordered a 3T, my daughter is 29 pounds, and I bought this for her second birthday, she can wear a 2T perfectly currently, so just in case I got a bigger size since her birthday isn't till October. It fits her perfectly, with enough room for her to grow a little and it still fit just fine.
