Two at a time.So long as you have a hole saw to get through the decking it all goes smoothly. Helps if you have a friend to hold the bolts down on top as you tighten them, but I just used a spare tire and a heavy bow instead.The key thing is to make sure the longer part of the mounting plate covers one of the cross-members so your tied item is part of the decking and the trailer frame. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great deal, quality is good *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on March 3, 2020* These are very good value. The bolts are solid and good quality, the backing plates are substantial, and the anchors are heavy duty. Note that you don't need a hole saw if you have a jigsaw.
