Im 5'6 270 and it covers my neck and back perfectly. The belt is large enough for me to tie a bow tie . Its very soft and comfortable to my body. I was not sure if I should get it, but I saw the reviews and its larger than others. Im glad I did, its helping me with my neck tension and back.. i even used it for my knees. Im very happy.. you cant wash it, only spot clean it, but thats ok. I use it only on myself and Im not using it when im dirty. So it should be ok. Love the color I got the dark grey.
