I would always recommend reversing nice and slow as they're may be a little feedback lag with the display/beeps (not using parking sensors before I don't know what is a normal feel). I wouldn't recommend using it as a replacement for mk1 eyeball but I'm finding it a super handy aid when parking in tight spaces. Very happy with this and can't believe it costs under £20. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Work well, needed a longer cable *by R***D on 30 May 2025* These work well. I fitted them to my lwb vivaro van. They were easy enough to fit, pretty much plug and play. I wanted the cab unit in the middle of the dashboard but the cable supplied that goes to the control unit was a bit too short. In an ordinary car I suspect it would be fine but the unit is just on the corner of the dashboard by the passenger window, the sensor cables are at full stretch, as is the control unit connecting cable. I needed to tape the control box to the inside of the van side because the cables weren't long enough to allow me to do anything else with it. If you have a car or a bit shorter van I think you would be fine with what is supplied, and they do work perfectly well.
