**Q: Has any made a keto bread in this machine?**
A: I've made Gluten free breads using King Arthur M4M flour. Use the quick bread recipe(no yeast... baking soda instead)  swapped the water and most of the sugar for equivalent amounts of juiced apple or orange. added the pulp to the wet ingredients for bonus flavor. (or zucchini, or banana, or pumpkin) on the gluten free setting. it beeps when t is ready for adding fruit, nuts, and seeds. It often needs a bit longer than the prescribed cycle to bake so you add an extra 30 mins and check it. Consistency and taste is really close to store bought banana bread.  I do not know how keto it officially qualifies as... but it does the job of mixing and cooking pretty well. Also makes refrigerator jam from fresh berries. I've also made bbq sauce and ketchup in it so I could control the ingredients. if you make odd things... there is need for some experimentation. but it works great and is easy to clean

**Q: does this have a on and off button**
A: Sort of... I unplug it when not in use. Plug it in... and it is ready for input. Tap the button until you get the right setting and hit 'go'. It stops cooking automatically when it is done. If there was any issue... like having to bake extra time or stopping early... I just unplug and replug. Probably an official way... but who needs directions...

**Q: What is Pan size**
A: It ranges from 500G to 1000G.

**Q: Does it have a dough only setting?**
A: Yes it even makes yougurt. Great product

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Makes good bread

This is my 2nd bread machine. Old one wore out after 10 years. Makes good bread. No complaints there. I make breads every week. Family so spoiled they don't eat store bread any more. My favorite breads, white, wheat, add a tsp of minced garlic like you buy in jars and you have wonderful garlic bread. Add a cup of your favorite grain cereal, not kids cereal, and shorten flour and you have wonderful all grain breads. Add a tsp of sorghum and white raisins to wheat bread recipe and you have delicious raisin bread. I always spray the post with Pam before inserting the paddle so that the bread doesn't stick to it. I am having a hard time cleaning this machine. Often the bread rises and sticks to the lid making a sticky crusty mess all inside the lid. My old bread maker lid was removable so I could wash it and the inside of the bread maker easily. This one is awkward. The lid does not come off, I tried balancing it over the sink and wiping out the lid and insides and it slid out of my wet hands and fell to the floor. The casing around the left back leg and the foot itself shattered. Now the machine wobbles badly when stirring ingredients. I've tried to balance it on something, but the shaking causes it to fall off. So, now it just sits on the counter unused. Probably going to throw it away.
