Before, I would wake up to find that the headband had shifted so that the speakers were no longer over my ears. I was worried that the extra bulk would be too hot especially since I often wake up when I get too hot, but I haven’t noticed a difference. It has also helped with my dry eyes. Lately, they were so bad I would wake up in the middle of the night barely able to open my eyes and it had become painful to try. While I still wake up with dry eyes, they aren’t as dry and I’m able to open them and blink. Not having something directly touching my eyes has made a big difference.
