It cleaned 2000 rounds of 9mm in under two hours. However, longer is NOT better. I let it run for eight hours on 400 rounds of 45 ACP and it burnished the brass. I knew I had tumbled it too long as soon as I opened the tumbler. There was a yellowish tint to the suds from the Dawn dishwashing soap. I had to dry it then put it in the vibrating tumbler for 4 hours to polish it back. If I just let it tumble for an hour or so I do not need to use the vibrator polisher.Just remember, you must use a rotating tumbler to use this media.
