I have heard good things about reusable silicone baking sheet, but was skeptical if they really worked and if they would cause the bottoms of food to be soggy. Thankfully, the silicone cooking mats work wonderfully. I used them for the first time to make cinnamon rolls and they were honestly the best cinnamon rolls I have ever made. Usually the bottoms are always burnt by the time the top portion is cooked, no matter what I have used. These silicone pan liners allowed everything to cook uniformly with no burnt or soggy bottoms. Very pleased and very happy to find something reusable that works.The high heat silicone mat clean up nicely with some soapy water and I let them air dry. While I’ve only had them a for a short time, I’ve used them a couple of times a week so far and have always been pleased with the results.The silicone baking mat are a perfect fit for my half baking sheet and make cleanup of the sheet pan a breeze (which was not always the case with the parchment paper regardless of whichever brand I bought).
