Only enough to decorate 12 cupcakes. Make sure you read the description and not just go off the title.Also, the cupcake wraps are just as described, WRAPS. They are not WRAPPERS. They have no bottom. I haven't used cupcake wrappers like this before, so it may be that this is how they're supposed to be, but they were quite a bit taller than a standard muffin/cupcake and didn't have a bottom (which made it hard to move frosted cupcakes once I'd put the wrapper around them).
