However the taste is weird but not like ghee. It is taste something sweet jam like. **Q: What is the nutritional information especially calories and carbs per 100 gm and net** A: It was not supplied to me. **Q: How is the jam sweetened? Sugar or fruit juice?** A: The list of ingredients doesn't have sugar, so I think it is sweetened by fruits only. But ultimately sugar is sugar, whatever source it comes from.
