It features a padded, slip-resistant surface, a swivel seat for easy transfers, adjustable armrests for added support, and a high-contrast color for enhanced visibility, making it a safe and comfortable choice for users. ## Description The HIP SOLUTION high-quality, padded, sliding transfer bench and bath/shower chair are the perfect bathing aid for individuals with reduced mobility and/or pain due to post-operative pain, swelling, and limited range of motion. It is the only transfer bench designed to eliminate both falls and skin tears. Furthermore, the swivel seat eliminates the need for the device to protrude inconveniently into the bathroom, as many older, non-swiveling models do. The HIP SOLUTION is the only transfer bench that incorporates a padded seat base, backrest, and pivoting armrests for the ultimate in safety, comfort, and ease of transfer. The effortless horizontal sliding motion completely eliminates the need for dangerous scooting across the bench. The soft padding prevents skin tears and feels much warmer against the skin than standard hard plastic models. All surfaces are easy to clean and disinfect. The quick, tool-free height adjustment feature allows the HIP SOLUTION chair to integrate seamlessly with virtually every bathtub on the market. The frame is constructed of rust-resistant aluminum for years of reliable use. Designed by healthcare professionals with decades of experience in safe bathing and transfers, the HIP SOLUTION is considered the best-in-class bench/bath/shower product by nurses, physical therapists, and physicians nationwide.
