After sending them pictures to confirm the issue, they made it right and sent me a new one. Customer Service like this is very rare these days. The new unit works perfectly.. I am upgrading my review to five stars. With Customer Service like this,I would not hesitate to buy very nice design. April 2026- I like the overall design and the unit works great. However, just like others have reported I had a pinhole in the weld where the plastic hose attaches to the tank. I kept thinking it was the plastic hose that was leaking but after close inspection, it was a faulty weld that eventually leaked oil all over my garage. An oil draining container like this should not have bad welds.
