A: I found that it runs small.  I would get an extra large.  I am 5 ft 2 in and 150 lbs, I bought large and it is too small.

A: I have not noticed it being noisy-I love this coat so warm and comfy.

**Q: Zipper broke 1 week after return window closed. Will you stand by this product and exchange it for one with a good zipper?**
A: if you can find a fullservice dry cleaners sometimes the ladies that work will be happy to install new high quality zipper probly no more than 15 or 20 dollars! small price to pay to keep a good coat that could last a lifetime!

Really love this coat! Perfect and exactly what I was looking for. The lining is black fleece (some of the photos show brown) and super soft. I like having the option for the cuff ‘gloves’. the fur hood warm and comes out over your head to cover your forehead (it also zips off if you don’t want to use it). Fit is slightly smaller than expected but not too off.

I love the color of this coat - it is such a pretty shade of blue.  The coat is the perfect length for me, covering midway down the thigh.  I love the hood - I can make it tighter so it stays on and closes enough around the neck to keep the wind out.  The sleeves are a little long but I'm finding when it is cold out that that's not such a bad thing.  I walk my dog daily no matter what the weather, so this coat will definitely keep me warm.

Beautiful coat, beautiful periwinkle, soft fabric, thick warm coat.I'm 5'4", 130#; size medium is usually a little big on me, but this coat fits just right; maybe a little snug, and the sleeves seem a bit short (worn over a light sweater). Also the waist-tie is a little higher than I'd like it.  It's warm enough I won't need a thick sweater underneath so that's ok.
