It can reveal a spectator's selection, return that card in a new position or make every face appear to match the choice. Those strong outcomes come from one compact prop, giving a beginner several directions for a performance. Recommended for ages 8 and up, it is an inviting introduction to a time-tested secret. - FIND THE PICKED CARD: Have someone select a card, place it back and then pull their exact choice from the pack. The volunteer's decision becomes the focus of a direct magical reveal that is easy for an audience to follow. A special deck provides the hidden principle behind the effect while the performer builds the moment. This makes a satisfying first routine for anyone beginning to learn close-up card tricks. - BRING THEIR CHOICE BACK: Shuffle once more and cause the same card to show up elsewhere in the deck. The return creates another surprise after the initial find and lets one pick support a longer sequence. Young magicians can vary where the surprise happens while using the Svengali pack's ingenious design. It is a useful effect for developing an act around a card the spectator remembers throughout. - REVEAL IT SOMEWHERE IMPOSSIBLE: Recover the selected card from a place where no one expects it to appear. Moving the result beyond its normal position adds a different kind of mystery to the routine. The card turns up where the audience has already stopped looking, and the room reacts on the spot. It expands one straightforward premise into a more intriguing piece of card conjuring that spectators talk about long afterward. - MAKE THE ENTIRE DECK MATCH: Turn the full pack into copies of the spectator's card for a bold visual ending. The transformation scales a single choice across every face and creates one of the Svengali principle's most striking results. Fan the cards slowly so the audience sees the very same face again and again. A small prop can therefore deliver a clear climax that looks much larger than the deck in the performer's hands. - PREMIUM CARDS, MINIMAL SKILL: Pick up a deck of premium quality cards and perform classic card magic with barely any practice behind you. The clever preparation does the hard work, so a beginner's handling looks perfectly natural to everyone watching. Confidence arrives fast, because the pack is built to make the impossible look completely effortless. Children from age 8 or adult beginners can discover a versatile branch of traditional magic. - CARD MAGIC FOR AGES 8+: Introduce a budding performer to a famous trick deck suited to kids from age 8 and interested grown-ups. Younger hands can manage the pack comfortably, while the chosen-card mystery keeps adult beginners just as curious. Its compact format makes it a focused first prop for learning how one selection can drive an entire routine. Beginners gain a hands-on link to a style of conjuring enjoyed by generations of magicians. - A GIFT WITH A SECRET INSIDE: Surprise an aspiring magician with an ingenious deck made for secret card effects. The recipient learns the method, practices it quietly and then performs it for an audience seeing the trick for the very first time. That moment of astonishment makes the set an exciting present for anyone age 8 or older as well as curious adults. It gives people drawn to illusion a classic prop to practice, present and enjoy. - MORE THAN 100 YEARS OF HISTORY: Learn a principle that performers have used to entertain crowds for over a century. Its enduring appeal lies in how the special deck turns one participant's selection into several memorable reveals. Newcomers can experience a genuine piece of conjuring tradition through a pack made for this particular type of magic. The method connects today's learner with a long line of card performers while still producing a fresh surprise. - MARVIN'S MAGIC EXPERTISE: Choose a deck from the specialist company founded by magician Marvin Berglas in 1987. More than 35 years of making professional magic accessible stand behind this take on a historic card secret. That experience shows in a prop built to let a first-time performer present a polished piece of close-up magic. It brings the brand's performance-led approach to an established favorite among aspiring illusionists. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B005HTJ3CU | | Age Range Description | 8+ | | Best Sellers Rank | #265,159 in Toys & Games ( See Top 100 in Toys & Games ) #627 in Magic Kits & Accessories | | Brand Name | Marvin's Magic | | Color | Multicolor | | Customer Reviews | 4.2 out of 5 stars 372 Reviews | | Educational Objective | Dexterity | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00808446010351 | | Included Components | Cards, instructions, routines | | Item Dimensions | 7.48 x 5.51 x 1.57 inches | | Item Highlight | Chosen-Card Finds, Full-Deck Change, Impossible Reveal, Classic Close-Up Magic, Card Tricks For Beginners | | Item Type Name | Marvin's Magic Svengali Magic Cards | | Item Weight | 4.96 ounces | | Manufacturer | Marvin's Magic | | Manufacturer Part Number | MM 1228.D | | Manufacturer Warranty Description | No warranty | | Manufacturer recommended age | 8 years and up | | Material Type | Cardboard | | Model Number | MM 1228.D | | Number of Packs | 1 | | Number of Players | 1 | | Operation Mode | Manual | | Power Source | manual winding | | Set Name | Marvin's Magic Svengali Magic Cards | | Size | Small | | Supported Battery Types | No batteries required | | Theme | Magic | | UPC | 808446010351 077238347634 433599170340 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | ## Images ![Marvin's Magic Svengali Deck - Trick Cards for Kids & Adults, Ages 8+ - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71nKJ4294pL.jpg) ![Marvin's Magic Svengali Deck - Trick Cards for Kids & Adults, Ages 8+ - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71XH1hdlPrL.jpg) ![Marvin's Magic Svengali Deck - Trick Cards for Kids & Adults, Ages 8+ - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61Qq44r8YGL.jpg) ![Marvin's Magic Svengali Deck - Trick Cards for Kids & Adults, Ages 8+ - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71TS9dQHljL.jpg) ![Marvin's Magic Svengali Deck - Trick Cards for Kids & Adults, Ages 8+ - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/712KM5WZauL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Style** options. ## Frequently Bought Together - Marvin's Magic - Magic Svengali Magic Card Tricks Set - 25 Amazing Magic Tricks for Adults & Children - All Routines Carefully Explained - Suitable for Age 8+ - Marvin's Magic - The Dynamic Coins Amazing Trick Set for All Levels - Magic Set with Fun Magic Tricks and Prank Kit - Prop Money, Family Games, Magic Kit, Prank kit, Cool Gadgets - Marvin's Magic - Lights from Anywhere - Junior Edition - Professional Children's Tricks Set - Amazing Magic Tricks for Kids - Includes Light Props and Instructions --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.hr/products/9039921-marvins-magic-svengali-deck-trick-cards-for-kids-and-adults](https://www.desertcart.hr/products/9039921-marvins-magic-svengali-deck-trick-cards-for-kids-and-adults) --- *Product available on Desertcart Croatia* *Store origin: HR* *Last updated: 2026-10-01*
