Many people use them with the smaller end facing up towards the nose. I have to use these with it pointing out (see picture) otherwise it slides down my face. The serum is almost a slimy texture and I'm not saying that in a bad way, it feels amazing on your skin. They are super cold every time I use them and so soothing. I thought to store them in the fridge for the cooling effect but would forget to use them so I moved them to my bathroom and I promise there is no difference it stays cool in the container. I've been using them for a couple of weeks now and I can't say I see a huge difference in my eye elasticity but, I will keep buying them for the cooling, soothing, moisturizing effect they give. If you buy them be sure to turn the container over a couple times each time before opening as the serum will settle at the bottom and they will come out a little dry.
