I bought two one for me and one for my daughter. We both felt a noticeable difference in water softness, my skin did not feel dry and itchy after drying off like it usually does. Shower head was easy to install. It did leak when I first installed it, so I added some plumber's teflon tape, but it was still leaking at the hose connection. I unscrewed the fitting and pulled the hose up and added some teflon tape on the hose itself and that stopped all leaks.
