The highest hole measures from 80 inches off the ground (or the equivalent of 6'8) so if you are shorter than that it should be ok. Lowest you can hang the mirror measures about 49 inches off the ground. 6 more holes in between those two, give or take in increments of 4.5 inches **Q: Does it comes with the DVD?** A: Self-Cut no longer includes instructional DVD's in their products.
