It runs a little large. I am 5'5", 158 lbs. I carry my weight in my stomach. This blouse hides that well. I purchased a xxl, but could've gotten a xl. There is a little more material around the stomach area than I care for, but I still wear it. My daughter says it's flattering on me. I wash it on cold, gentle cycle, and hang to dry. I also use Woolite for dark clothes so it doesn't fade. It has never shrunk. It goes well with leggings, and not too hot for the summer, but still okay for the colder months.
