My first experience was with smoked pulled pork tacos and I have to tell you that this sauce was the perfect match!It exceptionally fresh tasting, has a good bite but not too hot as to be overpowering but that's not the point of this one. No complaints about the sauce at all and probably shouldn't complain about the amount because it is right there in the description but.....for £6, that is a VERY small bottle.
