It does not keep my wrist immobilized, allowing me to flex up to 10 degrees both direction. This range of motion is perfect for me, as I am able to still do things but keeps me from bending too far. I would not recommend for night use if you need complete immobilization. The support is removable if you need more range of motion or just eant compression. It is easy to clean and dries quickly - can be used in water sports. Other braces that do not open leave creases in my skin that irritates me (leaves angry red lines that take hours to go away after waking up). Because this brace wraps around my wrist, I don’t experience that problem. ### ⭐ Advanced wrist support, they say! The metal splint piece keeps sliding out, there are no other support pieces, it’s a pain (in both senses of the word) to put it on; not only is it difficult to put on, but also just the way you have to secure it to your hand puts unnecessary stress on the wrist this causing more pain while strapping to your hand and you still will have a tough time getting it as snug as it needs to be in order to actually do what it’s designed to do and be worth wearing. Also the thumb hole has no cushioning so spots between the thumb and forefinger will get sore and possibly even raw depending on how long yo plan on wearing it without something like an ace bandage on underneath as a result of the edge rubbing against the skin. ### ⭐⭐ Disappointed,velcro stops working *by K***L on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on August 17, 2021* When I first got the wrist supports, I really liked the way they felt and they adjusted easily.
