Finally - a toothpaste that will not generate thick phlegm at the back of my throat! I was desperate to find some toothpaste that would not keep me trying to clear my throat for hours after using! Turned out it was all of the suds-producing additives the main brands were using. Yay for simple, natural ingredients! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Refreshing and on the mild side *by K***Y on September 5, 2023* I’ve been using Tom’s for 15 years, and spearmint Wicked Fresh has always been my go-to. I can’t stand the artificial sweeteners in most toothpastes, and most toothpastes also seem to irritate my mouth. I’ve used other Tom’s flavors, but this one leaves my mouth feeling the freshest, with my breath smelling the best! For those who find some Tom’s flavors too bitter or too intense, I highly recommend this milder flavor. ## Frequently Bought Together - Tom's of Maine Natural Wicked Fresh!
