I wear it for the recommended time in the morning while getting ready for work since a lot of my work clothes are too thick to wear this over.It’s super easy to put on, adjust & take off. It’s one of those products that you don’t even notice you’re wearing after a bit, but it’s bettering you!The only things I would improve would be to put pictures on the insert inside the box or on the back of the box to know how to put it on.
