It is easy to use, just rolls along. The handle is wide and comfortable, covered in a durable foam, as in a baby's pushchair. The brake is very useful for stopping on an incline and using on the bus.It folds up quickly and easily to go into a car boot.I did have a small delivery problem but Amazon sent a new one that arrived two days later, great service.There is just one nit pick... The cover is not anchored down. In a high wind I think it would flap about. Its fine in general though. I'm going to put a large black button on the bag and sew a loop on the cover edge to go over and hold it in place, just to be sure.When it arrives the instructions are inside the bag. This means that you need to find out how to open it before you can read them. There is a small bar near the bottom of the bag, left hand side, just unhook and it opens easily. The wheels pop on quickly and you're ready to go.After years of heavy/flimsy trolleys this is wonderful.
