**Q: When I tried to type text it would only let me type one letter?**
A: Please try refreshing the page. Ensure all text is inside the printable box area.

**Q: How do I know if I done it right with my pics ect**
A: When mine came everything was on one line, hence the writing was barely readable. The Seller was as much use as a chocolate fireguard. After they said it was automated and couldn't change it they just ignored my messages. Amazon actually paid the refund back under their A to Z returns policy even though the seller was a third party one. The seller is a disgrace in my opinion and should be banished off Amazon.

A: It is not fine China, porcelain if that is what you mean to ask.

**Q: I have personalized mug and there is no where it says order**
A: Once you have designed your mug  it saves It  to memory so you buy in the normal way
