The cord, after 2 years of pulling and releasing to scan multiple readers everyday, it finally frayed and started to not retract. I made through the day until I could get home and actually Search for the 2nd one. The reel and other parts still in good working condition. It's a shame the cord cant be replaced some how. Now looking forward to another long use of my second Will Well Retractable Badge Holder.

Fiber cord on badge holder broke after 10 1/2 months when retracting it Still recommend over a cheap/flimsy badge holder as your badge isn't going to break/fall off while you're walking around. Clip and plastic connector to badge are very sturdy and seem like they would last years before breaking. Glad this came in a pack of two. I'll update when the second one breaks.
