Robust and effective construction. The Super Classic non-stick concave tawa sports an extremely thick body coupled with a thermo core base that allows it to bear very high temperatures of the oven. It comes with a completely spiral bottom that facilitates in steady heat conduction and diffusion thereby enabling thorough frying, sautéing, simmering and baking. Moreover, the tough aluminium handle, permanently riveted into the pan, has bakelite material atop it that stays cool allowing you to grasp it solidly while removing the pan from the burner, made from hard anodized aluminium, it takes on an extraordinary resiliency and functions efficiently for a long period of time. Concave tawa comes with a teflon select 3-layer advanced non-stick coating. The superior marble coating prevents food from sticking to the tawa, it helps you use less oil, butter or ghee for healthy cooking. Specifications. Brand: Super Classic.
