Adding these into my shoes was an absolute game changer and allowed me to remain mobile while those muscles healed. They healed completely many months ago, but I keep these inserts in my shoes that I regularly use to go on walks in, and they’re so comfortable. I’d also consider them to be very durable as I HAD to wear them every day for months and they’re still completely in tact. They fit easily in all of my shoes except for sock-like athletic shoes such as Nike Metcons, in which they take up too much space. I did not find them to slide around due to the sticky rubber portion, and they are easy to put in and remove. Great product for my needs. Definitely helped but my foot at the end of the day was hurting so bad. I’m going to have to ease into a full day of wearing these. Might actually get the bigger ones. They’re quite comfy though, no heel pain at all. They do however slide around just a little.
