This bag/cooler is built like a tank and is worth every penny. The stitches are reinforced and it has pockets front and back with room for extras. Side pockets are great also. To give an idea of the room in this bag on a typical day I would carry a large gladware container, a sandwich, ice block,and 3 bottles of water in the center. Front pocket contains a maxpedition first aid/comfort bag, side mesh pocket -a large coffee cup. The back pocket holds small writing tablet, pens, markers, ect. Side zipper pocket has an extra pair of new shoe insoles. It also has several inside mesh pockets good for plastic utensils, papers, and the like.
