Using milk from own farms in the UK, we make our own Wensleydale, ready at a few weeks old, it is mild and creamy it is perfect for blending with dried fruits or other sweet ingredients. We gently blend our Wensleydale with Cranberries for a wonderful fresh taste. - Ingredients: Wensleydale (Pasteurized Cow's Milk, Salt, Dairy Cultures, Vegetarian Rennet), Dried Sweetened Cranberries (10%) (Cranberries, Sugar, Sunflower Oil), Frutose.

This is a favorite cheese.. Oh my....what arrived was in a loose plastic bag..not vacuumed sealed...NO purple wax... There was liquid in the pkg... I decided to at least taste it...oh my...sour ! The raccoons and chickens might enjoy it ! So disappointed....For the price it should have perfect ! I was so excited to find it on Amazon ! But so bad.....
