## Questions & Answers

**Q: What precautions do you need to take when using Biocide 100?**
A: I used a mask but the product didnt do much of anything.  Not worth buying

**Q: What are the active ingredients in biocide? One reviewer said 1% ammonia & 99% water.**
A: dimethyl benyzl ammonium chlorides 0.105%; dimethyl ethylbenzyl ammonium chlorides 0.105%; inert ingred. 99.790%  How this is different from "regular" ammonia I do not know. The person I spoke to at the company is quite helpful and I am sure they could answer your questions better then I. I can say it is EPA regulated which would make it seem different then the common ammonia that you can purchase. Also I can testify that it works beautifully.

**Q: how to use this product? Spray on and wipe off or just leave on like Mold just leave on? And mouse droppings spay on wipe off?**
A: Remove Gross filth or heavy soil prior to application of the product. Spray area until is is covered with the solution. Allow Product to penetrate and the surface to remain wet for 1-3 minutes. No scrubbing is necessary. Wipe off with a clean cloth, mop, or sponge.

**Q: Will this cleaner penetrate unfinished wood to kill the mold spores below surface, for future prevention?**
A: Depends, you can also sand down wood if that doesn't work.  Use  brush to apply the biocide.  You can also put  a primer on the wood.   I also use a flogger to get mold out of the air.
