It’s to early to see results but comparing with other BCAA capsules this product is a great value. For people who travel it is easier than using a powder. I was using BCAAs by Other Name brand, but decided to give OWN PWR a shot due to the price difference. The main reason I switched to these was price. These are about half the price of the Other Name brand ($12.59 bs $24.29). The capsules are identically sized, the bottle is identical & the labels are identical when it comes to the ingredients & supplement facts. These are made for Amazon.As there are no special dietary markings or logos & the capsules are gelatin, I’d guess they’re made from beef &/or pork, so would not be vegan, kosher or halal. This is not an issue for me. I do not notice any sort of taste when taking these. The serving suggestion is 2 capsules (1g of BCAA) before or after your workout. I take 4 capsules 40 mins before (sometimes closer to workouts), I’ll take 2 capsules during & 2-4 capsules after (depending how long I worked out for). When I ride my MTB, I’ll ride for 2-3 hours (30-45 miles) on trails/paths. For this I’ll take 4 capsules before, 2-4 capsules at the halfway mark & 2-4 capsules when the ride concludes.
