Packaging was exceptional and came in a funky presentation box, and the pillow protectors themselves seem of great quality, and proved an extra layer of comfort. I did find that one of the pillow protectors had some fabric caught in the zip, but some gentle zipping cleared it quickly and it works just fine now. Overall, great quality protectors.
