It was amazing. Tempeh was invented there, and it is much better than in the west. This is the tempeh that I had in Indonesia. It’s light and fluffy and has a very agreeable soft neutral flavor. You can do all kinds of things with it; it is the Tempe that you want! Review: Was dissapointed in the size - They didn't bother delivering it to my door. Instead they dropped it of at a pick up spot. I had to call fed ex and complain. And have them go back and get it and bring it to my door. When it clearly states in my desertcart account to drop of at my residence. By the time I got it the vacuum seals had swelled and it smelled funny. The things they used to keep it cold were not large enough and were pure water. I don't think its safe to eat. The Tempeh is fresh and softer than you would get in a store on a learning curve for cooking.
