With just the Alli, and mind you, I use it a lot of the time to remind myself to eat healthy, because the alternative isn't very pretty, I was losing on average about 4-6 lbs a week. When I added this, I was losing 7-10! Now I'd call that an improvement. One other thing to note, I don't get the opportunity to exercise as much as I'd like to, as my knees are shot.These results are basically just from cutting down what I eat as well as eating healthier foods and of course the supplements.
