But once i got the product and looking at the finish and quality i was convinced i've made a good choice for the money i was paying. Although i was a bit skeptical about the medium soft mattress, i did call up the comforto office to get more details on it. I was using sleepwell euro top mattress which was very soft, so just wanted to enquire if this would be similar to that or not. They were prompt enough in admitting that it would be medium soft and not as soft mattress as a luxury hotel would have. So now from my experience of using both sleepwell euro top and comforto is that, i can use comforto mattress during summer as well as this feels more breathable and feels good for spine as well. When i'm too tired i can always use my eurotop mattress. Reason for going for this purchase was i wanted a king size bed. I'm happy with this purchase as i'm convinced and not being skeptical any more.Its been 3 months since i've purchased this mattress.I will try reviewing again with the update on quality of my mattress on how it is holding on a longer run next year. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good and full fill my requirements *by V***R on Reviewed in India on 22 November 2018* Very nice and full fill my requirements.its features:-1. Individually pocketed springs : True2. zero partner disturbance. : according to me 70% it work but not 100%3. Plush mattress cover for smooth and soft feel. : its just a layer of soft form on top side not a cover.4. Warranty: 11 Years (1 Year complete warranty and thereafter, Pro-rated Warranty) : only 1 year complete warranty for rest of 10 year its conditional as you have to pay for some % for amount for repair + shipping like for 2nd year pay 10% and for 10th year pay 90%.5. All mattresses are delivered direct from the manufacturing unit : yes (they will call you before deliver)i ordered 78X72X8 under 15k (during sale+bank offer), after using for 1 month i am satisfied with quality of mattress under this price. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Overall good experience *by S***M on Reviewed in India on 20 October 2018* At first i felt it too soft for me as i used to sleep in a near rock hard mattress. But i turned the matress upside down and then all is well. Its kind of medium soft matress which is what exactly i was looking for. I really enjoy sleeping on it. Cons in this mattress are its too heavy for a single person to lift and not feasible to use with the traditional mosquito net as it hardly bends. Overall sleeping experience is very good. My experience might not be same like others.
