It's super thin but still has the fuzzy on the inside which makes it cozy at least. This runs super small! If you're a larger female, this may not work for you. I purchased this for my 10 yr old and got a womens small, and it's almost too small. My daughter is tall and skinny, so I was quite shocked to see how this fit her. Now, the sweatshirt material is on the thinner side, so don't expect it to keep you warm. This would be for a cool day outside and not much more. The other thing (which I'll update with a picture) is on my daughters, the cat is not sitting right atop the pocket as pictured. There's probably a 3-4" gap between the pocket and where the cat sits, so it looks a bit funny to me. My daughter didn't have a problem with it, but I didn't care for it.
