We'll see how long the flexible connector holds up with careful use. My complaint is this: I've had a number of aftermarket iPhone cases over the years, some of which were a bit hard to hold on to. But this one is way too slick. I have never had such trouble keeping a grip on my phone. And it wants to slide out of my shirt pocket. I don't know why these companies don't use a softer, rubber-like plastic with some texture to it. They could save a lot of grief.Update: After five weeks’ use, the flexible connector — lightning jack — broke off in the phone, rendering the case useless. I’m very disappointed. The Qi Wireless Charging Case Receiver is useless unless you’re prepared to buy a replacement every month. ### ⭐⭐ Cracking Bad *by S***A on Reviewed in the United States on December 21, 2019* I have had the item in uses for almost two weeks. It has had normal uses. The corner of the case cracked within days and now a week later three corners are cracked. I feel the case will fall apart before a year and is very poor quality. The charging aspect is the only reason it has two start. The wireless charging aspect works great but the rest is bad. I do not recommend buying this case. I purchased it in order to charge my phone on my car's charging pad. the cord that comes out of it is only to be plugged into the phone when it's being charged on the charging pad, so any other time that you're not using it for the charging pad, it hangs out, loose.
