This cake is actually extremely delicious and decadent even for someone who's used to a regular cake. The inside white cream is absolutely Divine and melts in your mouth. The chocolate cake is wonderful and has a little bit of crumbliness to it. This cake is awesome! I can't do gluten but I definitely know the difference between a regular and gluten-free this one tasted like a regular cake but way better. Very moist and awesome!

So we served this the next night at a smaller dinner and everyone was saying how good it was so I had to try it. UGH....will power is useless against this cake. I will be glad once we have eaten the rest of it one decadent slice at a time. Serves more people than it looks like. I will buy again if I have enough people over where nothing will be left over.

GLUTEN FREE & DELICIOUS!! So, you really can't tell this is gluten free at all. This cake is actually extremely delicious and decadent even for someone who's used to a regular cake. It’s always hard to find kosher, gluten free desserts. It’s even harder to find things that actually taste good. This brand and this cake in particular is amazing. I use it as a birthday cake. It’s rich and delicious. I keep it in the freezer until we are ready to use it. Its great for people that are gluten free and gluten eaters alike. I’ve recommended it to multiple friends that have celiac.
