I had cramps, heavy flow and painful chin area acné to name a few symptoms. The first day was a nightmare, I would have cramps that I had to stop driving and stop everything, Aleve didn’t help much. I ordered and took these about 3 weeks before my period. The first day I had minor cramps and headache but not even close to usual symptom intensity. I didn’t even take Aleve! I didn’t get the usual acne red and fat bumps, just one little one:) the rest of the period was like it wasn’t even there! I took one a day with breakfast. Pills are large but manageable to swallow. Since it worked, I’ll continue with this dose. I’ll update my review after several more months. To people that left 1 Star review for this product...as a person struggling with acne my whole life, I would say there is no miracles that can take it away. There is a combination of products and care that can maintain the acne skin clean but not one single solution. I’ve noticed people gave up on this pill 2-3 days after blaming this pill for more acne...what I would say, it takes time for some things to work and maybe it gets worse BEFORE it gets better because your body is forced to purge some stuff out. So if your acne gets worse, you can try to continue for another week or two and see what happens.
