I live in a basement and have issues with bugs certain times of the year. It is so much easier to have a second person help you put this up and over your canopy. It took 5 minutes from unpackaging, to laying it out on the floor to see which way it goes and what side is the top-to putting it on. (compare this to 45 minutes alone) Grey color has a tinge of blue I heard from other reviews and pictures. There probably would be sag in it if you didn't put a hard surface on the top of your canopy, personally I went to Lowes and got 2 quarter inch 4 x 8' wood sheets, cut two of them, and painted them white.
