It made my old ocd habits return slightly from how much I want to shower daily (yes I was diagnosed with it). I have a slight sensitivity to baking soda so I might switch to the baking-soda free but it hasn't ruined my armpits or anything. Just a little tickle and that's it so I only apply smaaaaall amount.
