A bit of a hassle getting in the right position because most vehicles don't have straight vertical mounting areas on the doors lower interior. I ended up solving my issue using a stick on tie wrap device that held the light straight up and down so the top of the logo was shinning on the pavement. I found a small plastic shim/wedge that I used with more double sided tape.Get a good idea where you want it and put the magnet on the threshold first. Then lay something about an eighth of an inch on it then with the door closed you set the light body on the spacer and push so mastic sticks.
